Produced between 2010 and 2016, 2SUNS was a satirical newsmagazine intended as an extremely foul-mouthed, left-wing, British attempt to triangulate National Lampoon, Private Eye and impotent rage. Over 36 issues and several specials, the magazine played Greek chorus to David Cameron's decaying Britain, while screaming just as hard at Obama's America, an apparently ungovernable Australia, and the world in general.
Upon the election of Trump, the sorrow and horror of following the news became too much to bear and the magazine went on hiatus until such time, if ever, that it becomes possible to complete an issue without sincerely wanting to die. This time is still yet to come.
The magazine's archives are currently unavailable due to the threat of extortion over image rights, but plans are afoot to make the words available in a book.
